Service Description

Decrease your business's liabilities by having your employees certified in CPR & First Aid. We can travel to your site and/or arrive at our office at a time that best accommodates your certification needs! For more information, please call our office at (478) 273-0011 or email us at info@heartdefensellc.com. All requests for group or corporate classes will be arranged with our Director, Marlena Hughes. To help schedule your class, we will need the following information: • Name of business/agency: • Contact Person: • Phone Number: • Email Address: • Preferred Class Date / Time: • Class Location: • Type of Class(es) Requested: • Number of Participants: • Method of Payment: • Any Special Circumstances or Concerns Please note: Certification cards are issued within 1-2 business days after course completion and payment has been processed. Certifications are valid for 2 years. Please note: A "minimum" charge is for a group of 6 students. If fewer than the minimum number of students attend the class, the minimum rate is still required. Discounts are offered for large groups, and we will travel to multiple locations on a single day!

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: There are no refunds once your class is booked. Rescheduling Policy: Only one rescheduling time is allowed and must be completed within 30 days from the original course date. If you do not complete the rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new course registration, and you will be required to pay the full course fee again. Class Cancellations by Heart Defense, LLC : In the rare event that we must cancel a class (e.g., due to an instructor emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Late Arrivals: Each student is allowed a 10-minute grace period. Students arriving later than 10 minutes will be denied entry and required to reschedule. *Rescheduling policy applies. No Show: There are NO refunds for No-Shows. The rescheduling policy does not apply. Student will have to re-register and pay for a new class. If you are going to be absent, please notify the office at least 48 hours in advance. Group or On-Site Training: Please refer to the terms as outlined in your group contract.
